Wallasey stretches from Seacombe and Liscard at the Mersey end right up to New Brighton on the coast. It's a big area with a lot of variety: pre-war terraces around Liscard Village, solid 1930s semis along Harrison Drive and Claremount Road, Victorian villas near Wellington Road, and the older properties closer to the prom. Most of them have bathrooms that could do with some attention.
The coastal end gets similar conditions to Hoylake. Salt air corrodes cheap fittings, and we've pulled out plenty of pitted taps and seized valves from houses near the front.
