Salt air is hard on bathrooms. We plan for it.

Hoylake properties take a beating from the coast whether the owners notice it or not. Pipework corrodes faster, sealant degrades sooner, and anything chrome-plated near a window will pit within a few years if it's not marine-grade. We've done enough bathroom fitting in CH47 to factor that in from the start, not discover it halfway through.

The housing around Market Street and the older avenues toward Meols is mostly Edwardian and Victorian. Good-sized rooms, high ceilings, and bathrooms that were plumbed in when copper was cheap and plastic didn't exist yet. A full bathroom renovation in one of these houses means dealing with old pipework runs, lath-and-plaster walls, and timber floors that flex under your feet. We know how to handle all of it.

We cover the whole of CH47, from the properties along the promenade right through to Meols and the streets around Hoylake station.

We know what coastal properties need.
