Caldy has some of the largest private houses on the Wirral. Detached properties set back from Caldy Road and the surrounding lanes, many of them with multiple bathrooms and en-suites that haven't been updated in a while. We've fitted bathrooms in several of these houses, and the work always comes down to preparation. Walls that aren't plumb. Floors that aren't level. Getting a perfect tile finish on surfaces like that takes time, and we don't rush it.
The spec tends to be higher here. Large-format porcelain, underfloor heating, walk-in wet rooms with frameless glass, bespoke vanity units. We handle all of it, including the plumbing and tiling. The materials cost more but the real difference between a good job and a bad one is always the groundwork underneath.
We're based in Eastham, about fifteen minutes away. We leave the site clean at the end of every day.
